LCD Smartie

Winamp volume plugin
It requires NET Framework 2.0
Put it in smartie\plugins directory

Usage:
$dll(winamp_vol,1,,) - show winamp volume in percents (ex. 77)

It can be use with TINYBAR plugin:
$dll(tinybar,7,$dll(winamp_vol,1,,),7)

I can't get this to work I get the error [DLL: can not load plugin] Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. I am using WIN7.
